Each set should be worn for a minimum of 20 hours a day and for 7-14 days at a time. Every 6-8 weeks, you’ll come to our office so we can make sure that your teeth are moving as anticipated. This process will repeat until you reach the final set of trays. At this point, we will make sure you’re happy with the results and, if you are, have a custom retainer made.
