Your First Visit
After you schedule your first appointment with us, we’ll send you your new patient forms digitally via text message. This will allow you to fill out the forms online so our team can input all of your information into our system before you come to see us.
When you arrive, we’ll have you sign in, our team will ask if you have any specific questions or concerns you want to address with Dr. Gaddam. One of our dental assistants will then come to greet you and guide you back to the operatory. After your exam is completed, you’ll receive a financial breakdown of our treatment recommendations (factoring in your insurance coverage), and Dr. Gaddam will answer any questions you may have.

Flexible Financing & Cash Pay
If you’re uninsured or underinsured, our practice partners with trusted third-party financiers, Cherry & CareCredit. Upon approval, you’ll be able to split the cost of your procedure up into smaller, easy-to-manage monthly payments.

In-House Membership Plan
Are you uninsured? At The Dental People, we’re making accessing high-quality dentistry as easy as possible with our in-house membership plan. For a small flat annual or monthly fee, you can receive coverage for all of your basic preventive dental care throughout the year, as well as an emergency exam and a 15 percent discount on all additional treatments! Plus, you won’t have to worry about waiting periods, filing claims, or sitting on the phone with people all day just to find out what services are and aren’t covered by your plan!
